Golden Glow
Step 1 - Apply one pump per limb using smooth circular motions and rub in thoroughly.
Step 2 - Lightly smooth over dry areas such as hands, elbows, knees and feet.
Step 3 - Wash hands after use particularly between fingers.
Step 4 - Wait for skin to be touch dry before dressing.
Colour develops over 3-4 hours. Use for 1-3 days to achieve your desired glow, the simply top up when you like.
AHA Body Lotion
Apply daily, ideally after a bath or shower, all over the body paying particular attention to the driest areas; elbows, knees and feet and shins.

"I’ve been using fake tan for years. Beset with several health conditions means I constantly look unwell so adding a bit of colour makes all the difference. Being pale, it takes days to gradually build up to a shade that takes me from white to golden. Once I’m happy, I use Gatineau’s moisturiser for the rest of the week. Saturday, I exfoliate and repeat the process. A lovely smell, nontransferable on sheets or clothing and no streaks. Yeh, it may be expensive, but Gatineau’s worth the money, and this is coming from someone who’s used plenty of gradual tanners and fake tans. You won’t be disappointed."

"I love the gradual tan and use it regularly. I thought I'd try the AHA body lotion to get my skin looking smoother. The jury is out on this one. It is helping a little but it's not rich enough for me so I'm left wanting to put another lotion on as well. I wouldn't repurchase for my skin type.
