What is a B Corp?
A B Corp is a business that goes beyond just making a profit. It's a company that meets high standards of social and environmental responsibility, transparency, and accountability. Certified by B Lab, a global non-profit, B Corps are companies that use their business as a force for good, working to make a positive impact on the world, people, and the planet.
To become a B Corp, a company must show it’s making a difference in areas like environmental sustainability, community support, employee wellbeing, and ethical practices. It's a rigorous process, but it's one that ensures businesses are putting their values into action.

Why B Corp?
Being a B Corp is more than just a label. It’s a commitment to doing better every day. Whether it’s reducing our environmental footprint, supporting the communities we’re a part of, or creating a positive and inclusive workplace, we’re proud to be part of a movement of businesses that believe in making the world a better place for all.
We’re excited to share this journey with you and to show that business can be about so much more than just profits.

Proud to Be a B Corp
As of March 2025, we are thrilled to announce that we are officially a certified B Corporation! This achievement marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for us, and we are more committed than ever to making continuous improvements that have a meaningful impact.
As a B Corp, we are now part of a global community of businesses that meets high standards of social and environmental responsibility. We are truly honoured and excited to be part of a movement of like-minded businesses, all working together to create positive change, one small step at a time.

Our Score
To earn our B Corp certification, we completed the B Impact Assessment (BIA), which evaluated our impact across five key areas: our customers, suppliers, workers, community and the environment. To achieve certification, companies need a score of at least 80 points. We’re proud to have scored a healthy 89.8 points, reflecting our dedication to making a positive difference and ensuring that our actions align with our values.
ENVIRONMENT
We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and recognise that every product we create and deliver carries an environmental cost. We understand that even the joy of a happy customer has an impact on the planet. That’s why we are dedicated to continuously taking action to minimise our footprint. We are focused on making responsible choices, from sourcing sustainable ingredients and packaging to actively working to reduce our carbon emissions, energy consumption and wastage across the whole business. Our commitment is to respect and protect the planet as we move forward, for a more sustainable future, such examples being:
- We have moved to more easily recyclable packaging (for example, we have replaced all non-recyclable plastic jars with recyclable glass jars)
- We have added clear recycling instructions to 100% of retail packaging
- All our retail and shipping cartons use FSC board (from 100% sustainable forests)
- 75% of our packaging now uses tapeless boxes to reduce waste
- We will reduce our overall landfill waste by 2% and increase recycled waste by 10% in 2025
- Going forward we are measuring and monitoring and have set targets to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, energy consumption and water usage
- We will publicly share our performance each year

Statement from CEO, Andrew Bagley
I am incredibly proud that we’ve achieved B Corp certification, but more importantly, what it means for our company, employees, customers and suppliers.
This milestone represents our commitment to continuous improvement and making a meaningful impact on both society and the environment. Earning B Corp certification has been a rigorous, challenging and rewarding journey, but it’s just the beginning. We know there is so much more we can do to make a lasting difference, and we’re excited to keep pushing forward.
Being part of the B Corp community is something we truly value. It’s a growing global movement of businesses that are balancing profit with purpose, working together to create a better, more sustainable world. We’re delighted to be part of this community, and we are eager to continue learning, evolving, and making a positive impact, while thriving as a business.
This is just the start of our journey, and we can’t wait to see what we can achieve in the future.
