We only deliver orders within the UK, Ireland and applicable EU Countries.
Next Day Delivery - £6.99 – Order by 12 noon to receive your order the next day. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on Monday (excludes bank holidays). Due to geographical location, some destinations will take 2 days.
Standard Delivery - £3.95 (Under £40 spend) 3-5 working days
Standard Delivery – Free (Minimum spend £40) 3-5 working days
Nominated Saturday Delivery - £12.99 - Order before Friday at noon.

How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.

"Lovely addition to summer beauty Expensive but still happy with it"

"I purchased the Eleanor Bowmer bag and products which came with the free bag and an option to buy another one, which I did. When I received my order I only had products for one of the small bags. I contacted customer services and over 2 weeks later have I have not received a response. This is not my first experience of disappointing customer service from Gatineau. I love Gatineau products which is why I repurchase but the customer service let them down."
