"I ordered this serum on Black Friday and I have been sent the wrong product, I have been contacting Gatineau for a week now, with three separate emails and I haven’t even had an acknowledgment. This was supposed to be a present for Christmas, but Gatineau have sent an eye cream that is £40 cheaper than this product and they are doing nothing about it! I will not be buying from them again, customer service is none existent!"
