OLD - Oily Skin

WHY Does my skin appear oily?

Oily skin is caused by an excess of sebum which is secreted from the sebaceous glands located under the skin's surface. Breakouts develop when the sebum becomes clogged with dead skin cells in the pores causing inflammation. Oily skin can be an inherited skin type but can also be influenced by hormonal imbalance, environmental assaults and a poor cleansing regime.

A Cleanse & Tone regime is essential to combatting the effects of combination or oily skin, learn more about our brand-new range!
