The first signs of ageing can start in the late 20’s when the skin begins to lose moisture and the surface barrier becomes compromised. Protect the skin with a broad spectrum sunscreen daily
Follow a good skincare regime – Cleanse, Care, Protect, SPF
Exfoliate the skin twice weekly to increase cellular turnover
Pay particular attention to delicate areas that can age faster – eyes, lips, neck
