What are the changes to the loyalty scheme?
We are updating our loyalty scheme to benefit our members!
The new loyalty scheme will have only 2 tiers. Gatineau Member and Luxe List. Members will receive 10 points per £1 spent and Luxe List Members will receive 20 points per £1 spent. Luxe List Members will also have early access to new products, private sales and triple points events.
You can redeem your points for vouchers to save on your next order.

Will my points transfer to the new scheme?
Yes, any points on your account will automatically transfer to the new scheme.

Will my redeemed vouchers from the old scheme still be accepted?
Yes, any vouchers you have will still be accepted provided they are valid and within their expiry date. 

When does the new scheme begin?
The new scheme begins August 1st.

What are the benefits of being a Gatineau Member, compared to the Beauty Boss?
The vouchers you can redeem are worth more, and it takes fewer points to reach the next tier!

What are the benefits of being a Luxe List Member, compared to Glow Getter and A Lister?
Members of the Luxe List will receive double points, meaning 20 points per £1 spend, so that you can earn vouchers faster! Luxe List Members will also have early access to some new product releases, exclusive triple points events and private sales!

I was a Beauty Boss, which member am I now?
Beauty Boss members will become Gatineau Members in the new scheme. 

I was a Glow Getter, which member am I now? 
Glow Getter's will become Luxe List Members in the new scheme. 

I was an A Lister, which member am I now? 
A Lister's will become Luxe List Members in the new scheme.

When do my points expire?
Your points will expire if there is no purchase made in 1 year. 

If I redeem my points, do I drop a tier?
You will not drop down a tier if you redeem your points!
